I am not sure how many goes into a fat envie but I think it are at least 30 fb's to make a big fat envie. Depents how big or thick the booklets are.

Just stuff as many as you can into an envelope.

I am talking about those a5 envelopes or small bubble envies.

a 6 in x 9 in inside demensions

15,24 x 22,86 this bubble mailers or normal envelope with this size
