Reflect on the joys of summer by a hot, and sweet cup of tea (or a glass of rosé), as you listen to the birds, and smell the blooming natural jewels, that our the blossoming flowers.

Take a moment to yourself. Be present. Go through your own treasured stash of ephemera; write a summer-themed letter and decorate an envelope. No other tuck-ins are required.

• write (1) letter, and

• decorate/make one (1) envelope.
