This is a US swap! Calling mermaid lovers!! 1 partner, 1 tag made by you featuring a mermaid. Your tag should be at least the size of an atc but no bigger than a 3x5 index card. Please punch a hole in the top of your tag and enclose a ribbon/twine/hanger. Your tag should feature your best work - mixed media, collage, rubber stamping, hand drawn, all the embellishments you'd want in a lovely under-the-sea, mermaid themed tag. It can be entirely flat or as bulky as you wish to mail. If you are on Instagram, post a pic with the hashtag cpgswap.
