One of my black cats is a bit creepy. Not meant to be halloween, nor does he have Halloween colors or a Halloween background. Can I still send him even though he is creepy but not halloween themed?

Sure you can send it. Creepy is ok, Holiday sometimes are not celebrated by everyone.

for instance my example is black cat on purple and orange but he isnt actually anything with halloween words or a witches hat.
