Love if it were USA only, postage is getting costly

Yah, it is getting expensive. I can't make this one USA only because an international swapper has signed up and I don't want to kick anyone out at this point.

Another thing to consider is that you can send exclusively paper items, which are lightweight. There is a wide variety of paper ephemera out there so it wouldn't be hard to get a good mix and keep the shipping costs down.
