Response: I understand that the ratings system can't work if swappers don't rate honestly/fairly. I don't know what happened; I checked my Notepad file of October swaps, and yours was one of the very first cards I stamped, decorated, and wrote for this swap. My other cards seem to have arrived in a timely manner. I don't intend to incur anymore 3s and hope we can swap again in the future. Best regards, Avi :)
